- Synopsis of memphis, mississippi:
Small town life never suited Astrid. She is an emotionally troubled young woman who is notoriously wild and high-spirited. She spent her days dreaming of leaving the dead-end town and left as soon as she got the chance. Everyone comes back to the beginning when they are lost, especially when there is one good reason left behind. She rolls into town after several years' absence to track down her childhood sweetheart, Jack. They are from two different worlds now but neither can let go of the intense connection they share; however, Jack has a secret that will ultimately tear them apart.
